Each new year ushers in completely different energetic influences. These annual energy shifts affect both your personal patterns and your property’s ability to support your goals and well-being.

Each year’s unique energy combination won’t be seen again for 60 years. Through careful analysis, we identify your property’s most potent activation points and guide you in positioning key elements, such as bedrooms, cooking zones, and work spaces, to capture maximum benefit from these fleeting but powerful energy currents.

Evolving Goals

Over time, your priorities naturally shift, and in this update we fine-tune your environment to support your current vision and aspirations. Note: If you’re anticipating any major changes in the coming year – such as a move, career transition, life events like marriage or having a baby, or a significant health focus – please request a check-in call to discuss what’s ahead. We can adjust your setup recommendations accordingly to best support these important transitions.

*Note: This service is for existing Feng Shui Residential clients only. If you have not had a Feng Shui Residential Consultation on your apartment or home, or if you have moved since your original consultation, you will need a new consultation.

When Should I Order My Update?

You can order your Annual Update as early as the previous October. In general, I’d say the sooner you order it after that point, the better. If you have your update in hand early, you can begin planning for any changes and updates needed in the new year. 

In addition, the year’s energy begins its transition in late January and early February. This sensitive period requires thoughtful timing for any renovation or repair work to maintain your property’s energetic harmony. I will guide you through these critical windows as well as optimal timing for other important changes throughout the year.

What’s Included?

One (1) up to 60-minute Check-In Call, conducted over the phone or via teleconferencing (Skype, Zoom, Facetime).*
  • This call is where we’ll discuss what’s working or not working in your life from the previous year, honing in on the specific questions weighing on your heart and mind.

* This session is optional. While I enjoy connecting with clients and having a proper catch-up, it is not necessary if you are in the same property. That said, if you’d like to schedule a session, be sure to check the corresponding box on the form below, and I’ll reach out to you to schedule a time that works for us both.

One (1) Annual Update Report for your existing property
This comprehensive report includes:
  • My specific recommendations for your space from a Classical Feng Shui perspective.
  • An updated audit of your floor plan with fine-tuning recommendations designed to help you align with the most favorable energy available for the coming year.
  • Feng Shui Date selection so you have recommended dates when making the changes needed to the Feng Shui setup of your space.
30 days of unlimited email or text support, or if preferred, phone calls.
  • This is especially helpful as many people need time to digest the information in the report and then need clarification. Other people have questions pop up as they start making the changes and want to be sure they’re doing the right thing.

STEP 1: Complete the request form below, answering a few key questions and submitting your payment.

STEP 2: Once your payment is received, if you have requested a Check-In-Call, I will reach out to you to schedule that call. Otherwise, I will begin working on your report for your home. 

STEP 3: Once the report is complete, I will send you your Annual Update report for your home. At that point, you will have 30 days of unlimited text, email or phone support for questions. 

Your report comes with BaZi analysis for up to 2 people in the property. Please fill this in, even if you think I have it.
