Never heard of World Gratitude Day before? It also is the International Day of Peace and it is September 21 every year. So, this year, I thought I would start acknowledging this early.
It has been said that it takes 21 days to make a habit. My commitment this month is to focus on gratitude, joy, peace, and happiness. We have so much to be grateful for in our lives.
You may be experiencing a significant transition that feels hard. You may have big emotions in your heart. You may even be going through a dark night of the soul right now. Through all those things, you can still choose gratefulness.
In my opinion, gratitude is an important key to incorporating Feng Shui in your life. It is a bit like an electromagnet. When you radiate gratitude, it feels like happiness and joy. As a result, even more good stuff is attracted to you.
